
McGeady, Samaras, McGinn score as Celtic beats Kilmarnock 3-0 in Scottish Premier League

Celtic beat Kilmarnock 3-0 on Saturday to cement its lead at the top of the Scottish Premier League.
Celtic dominated the game from the start and Aiden McGeady scored first in the 13th minute. The midfielder dribbled past two defenders before firing into the net from an acute angle.
Kilmarnock offered little resistance, and Celtic scored in the 32nd when Georgios Samaras headed in from Andreas Hinkel's cross.
Niall McGinn added the third goal in the 78th.
Celtic moved to 23 points in the standings. Hibernian beat Aberdeen 2-0 to be next with 20 points, although Rangers can reclaim second spot when it plays at Dundee United on Sunday.
Late goals by Colin Nish in the 86th and Liam Miller in the 90th won the game for Hibs. Aberdeen had to play most of second half with nine men after Maurice Ross and Chris Maguire were sent off.
Also Saturday, St. Johnstone beat Falkirk 3-1, Hamilton won at St. Mirren 2-0 and Motherwell beat Hearts 1-0.
