Dalhousie - The Dalhousie Sports Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will celebrate the achievements of one athlete and two builders on July 25.

Roch Bois will be honoured for his athletic endeavours while Jean-Guy Levesque and Eric Pelletier will get the nod for their work in promoting sport in the Dalhousie area.

The guest speaker for the event is Sylvain Couturier, General Manager of the Acadie-Bathurst Titan. Sponsorship is available through the purchase of a table as well as individual seats.

Founded in 1988 the Dalhousie Sports Hall of Fame honors and recognizes the accomplishments and contributions of the men and women who have excelled in their respective areas of sports and have brought recognition to Dalhousie. To date there are 25 Athletes, 10 Teams 13 Builders and 1 Member of Distinction enrolled in the Dalhousie Sports Hall of Fame.

The Town of Dalhousie has a rich athletic tradition and is proud to have a chance to honour and commemorate the history of sport and the athletes and builders who truly exemplify excellence.

The past Inductees of the Dalhousie Sports Hall of Fame can be seen at Inch Arran Ice Palace.
